Join the International Center as we learn the ultimate Chinese recipe for a tofu stew (卤豆腐). This is the chance to taste different kinds of Asian tofu products as we prepare the stew together. We'll finish the tofu tasting by sitting down to eat together and share stories about staple cuisines from each of our own cultural backgrounds.
Participation in this event is open to current UVA students, faculty, staff, and scholars along with their dependent family members. Students and scholars who have graduated or completed their term at UVA within the past 6 months are also welcome to join. Non-international students or scholars welcome to attend.
