Celebrate Russian Old New Year (Старый Новый год) at the International Center! We’ll cook two classic Russian salads together — vinegret (vegetarian) and olivie (Russian salad, non-vegetarian) — and then sit down as a group to share food and talk about New Year traditions from our home countries. This is a a warm, informal evening for international students, staff, and faculty to celebrate and connect.
Audience: Current UVA students, faculty, staff, and scholars along with their dependent family members. Students and scholars who have graduated or completed their term at UVA within the past 6 months are also welcome to join.
