Get ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to make some festive German cakes! In this class, we'll make festive cakes using Bikuitteig. Biskuit is a is a light and fluffy cake containing only eggs, flour and sugar. We will fill one Torte with buttercreme and the other with cherries and creme. No baking experience necessary - come ready to learn!
Participation in this event is open to current UVA students, faculty, staff, and scholars along with their dependent family members. Students and scholars who have graduated or completed their term at UVA within the past 6 months are also welcome to join. Non-international students or scholars welcome to attend.
