Join us for a Costa Rican Cooking Class, where a volunteer will teach us to make delicious Costa Rican dishes.

Participants gather weekly on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm for informal conversation at the International Center, September 10 - December 3.

Please note that our Guatemalan Cooking Class has been POSTPONED and will NOT be held Saturday, Sept. 7 as previously planned.

Kick off the start of the semester with an Open House at the International Center. Each Open House features an international drink - come out this month for Thai iced tea!

Join the International Center for a private tour of the Paramount Theater on the Downtown Mall! The Paramount Theater has been a Charlottesville gem since its opening in 1931.

During this Tajik cooking class, our volunteer will teach us to make a delicious dish from Tajikistan: shakarob! This is a vegetarian dish which consists of homemade flatbread and a fresh salad.

Join us in the center's backyard for a friendly volleyball game and a tasty ice cream treat.
